Lee Min Ho was born on June 22, 1987 in South Korea. He debuted in the Korean drama Love Hymn as a minor character in 2005, and his first leading role came in the show Mackeral Run, a high school drama. His biggest role, however, was that of Gu Jun Pyo on the wildly popular drama Boys Over Flowers in 2009. Since then, he has been scouted for many endorsements and commercials, as well as new roles in television dramas and movies. He is one of South Korea's most promising upcoming actors, and at the 45th PaekSang Arts Awards, he won the New Actors Award for television.
